How far in advance should I book a tent?

We recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance, especially for summer weekends, to ensure availability.

What size tent do I need?

Tent size depends on your guest numbers and layout. Once you share your plans with us, we’ll recommend the perfect fit.

Do I need planning permission?

In most cases, planning permission isn’t required for temporary structures. We’ll advise if your location needs anything special.

Can you set up on hard surfaces like patios or car parks?

Yes – our tents can be anchored on hard or soft surfaces using different techniques.

Are your tents waterproof?

Absolutely. All of our stretch tents are fully waterproof and built to withstand typical UK weather.

Can the tent be styled to match our wedding theme?

Yes – you can personalise the interior with lighting, florals, furnishings, and layout. We also offer extras to complete the look.

Do you offer lighting and flooring?

We do. From warm festoon lights to woven matting and dancefloors, we’ve got everything to bring your vision to life.

How long is the tent up for?

Tents are typically installed on Thursday or Friday for weekend events and collected the following Monday, but we’re flexible to suit your venue access

Can the tent accommodate dining and dancing?

Yes. We’ll help you plan a layout that allows for dining tables, a bar area, and plenty of space to dance.

What if it rains on the day?

You’re covered – literally. Our tents are tensioned to provide shelter from rain and can be rigged in various ways to protect you from the elements.

Can you incorporate company branding?

Yes – we can provide options for custom banners, branded furnishings and lighting that matches your corporate palette.

Do you handle full event setups?

We can supply stretch tents, lighting, flooring and other essentials. For full-service event production, we’re happy to recommend trusted partners.

Is it possible to use AV or stage equipment?

Absolutely. We’ve worked with production teams to rig AV systems, stages and tech infrastructure beneath our tents.

What’s the minimum hire period?

Most events are 1–2 days, but we can accommodate longer activations, installations or seasonal hires.

Are your structures suitable for public events?

Yes. Our tents meet safety regulations and are suitable for large-scale festivals, brand activations and public spaces.

How long does setup take?

Depending on the size, setup can take 2–5 hours. We’ll always schedule enough time to ensure a smooth install.

Do I need to provide power or lighting?

If you’re hiring lighting through us, we’ll need access to a power source. We can also advise on generator hire if needed.

What’s your coverage area?

We’re based in the South East but regularly travel nationwide. If your event is further afield, just let us know.

Can you do site visits beforehand?

Yes – we offer site assessments to ensure everything fits and to discuss logistics in person where needed.

Is your team insured?

Absolutely. We carry full public liability insurance and our crew follows strict safety protocols.

How much does it cost to hire a stretch tent?

Prices depend on tent size, location, and extras. Contact us for a tailored quote – we’re transparent and competitive.

What’s included in the hire fee?

Installation and take-down are included as standard. Optional extras like lighting or flooring are quoted separately.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes – a deposit is needed to secure your booking. The balance is typically due 1–2 weeks before the event.

What if I need to cancel?

Once your booking is confirmed, the deposit is non-refundable. However, we’re always happy to apply it to a new date if your plans change.

Can I change my booking?

We’ll always do our best to accommodate changes. Get in touch as early as possible to make adjustments.
